When I started South African National Beer Day in 2017 I was taken aback by the response.

As the second wave abated and restrictions eased allowing gatherings of up to 250 people in an outdoor setting, one man had a plan.

Now in its second year, Novemberfest is the Wort Hogs’ spring festival, which this year was hastily arranged after the move to Covid level one.
