Fools & Fans organiser Trevor Gerntholtz hastily arranged a get together – the NOT Fools and Fans 2021 “festival”. He assembled 15 breweries from around the country, in addition to the local homebrew clubs. “It felt to me like it was just what the beer community needed,” says Trevor. “A great time was had by all while still adhering to all Covid protocols.”
