The beer scene in Scotland has had a turbulent start to 2026. In March, BrewDog, once considered a giant of the beer world, quietly slipped into administration. BrewDog was sold for a paltry £33m, compared to a 2021 valuation of $2 billion, and alongside it nearly 500 jobs were lost.
