Prepare the loaf pan by spraying it with non-stick spray 2. Preheat oven to 19 degrees Celsius 3. Combine dry ingredients 4. Pour beer into dry ingredients (this is the step when you can add additions like sweetcorn) 5. Mix to combine well with a wooden spoon 6. Pour into prepared loaf pan 7. Pour melted butter on top of mixed dough (don’t mix into dough) 8. Bake for approx. 1 hour – use the toothpick method to see when fully baked METHOD BEER BREAD - THE LOW CARBVERSION INGREDIENTS 2 cups almond flour 1 tbsp coconut flour 1 tbsp baking powder ½ tsp salt ¼ cup butter (melted) ½ cup light or 0% beer 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius 2. Grease the loaf pan with non-stick spray 3. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, coconut flour and salt. 4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and add in melted butter and beer 5. Stir wet mixture into dry mix (this is the point you add in the additions like corn, cheese or herbs) 6. Once combined, pour into the loaf pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean 7. Once removed from the oven, let the loaf cool in the pan before removing. METHOD
