We plan to speak with the editors and contributors, and in some cases, the subjects of the stories told on these pages. Hosting these discussions is Byron Lombard, aka “The Beer Bruh,” with On Tap editor Joya Taft-Dick producing and making the occasional appearance. Our first episode was a conversation between Byron and Joya – setting the stage for what’s to come. This was followed by a fascinating chat between Byron and Luke McCarthy of Bature Brewery in Nigeria. On our third episode, you will hear from editor Craig Claassen on his most recent issue (and what he got out of his interviews with Malcolm Marx and Steven Kitshoff!). And more to come!
