Join us to hear from international brewing leaders and players for a full day of learning and networking. 15 17 Ales for Tails The annual Durban Home Brewers fund raiser festival "Ales for Tails" is scheduled for the 3rd of August. Homebrewers from around the country are welcome to pledge via the website www.alesfortails.co.za. It's the seventh year the event is being held in support of the Kloof &Highway SPCA and over R600k has been raised so far. Beer Launches / Brewing with Friends Event - Beerworks The Mystic Brewery and Tim Bugler’s Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout. 01 08 17 10 21 22 07 08 JULY Honey Rock Ale Launch Honingklip Brewery will be launching their Honey Rock Ale again on Saturday, 13th of July 2024. This unique brew is made by warming rocks in a fire, using the hot rocks to heat up water in a wooden barrel, mashing in the barrel, straining the wort out, heating up the rocks again and using them to boil the wort, followed by cooling the wort, adding yeast and waiting for two weeks.
