She co-authored of her first book ‘World’s Greatest Beers’, published by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) in the UK in August 2022. She is the Brewers Association’s American Craft Beer Ambassador for Europe and a member of CAMRA’s London tasting panel. Lotte Peplow Jerry started working at Banana Jam Cafe in 2020 and discovered a love for craft beer. Having recently completed his chef studies, he revels at the opportunity to test his skills by using beer as both an inspiration and an ingredient, to elevate his dishes and create excellent pairings. Jerry Fredericks Tsikwe Molobye is the founder and brewer of Stimela Brewing Company. With eight years’ experience in the craft beer industry from brewing, sales, distribution, Chairman of Worthogs Pretoria and consulting for Twiga Brewery, Tanzania firsts craft brewery, Tsikwe is passionate about re-imagining African traditional beers using authentic African ingredients. During the hard lockdown of 2020 he wrote an eBook Lockdown Dranks and launched a YouTube channel that teaches beginners how to safely brew their own beverages at home. Tsikwe Molobye Lebona startedhis career at SABwhereheheldpositions of Project Brewer, Brewhouse Manager and Trade Quality Manager. He ventured into a career in marketing and media, ultimately accepting his ancestral calling of entrepreneurship. In 2018 he started Mohope Brewing Company and launched Mohope Premium Craft beer in December 2019. In his spare time, Lebona enjoys travelling to his fatherland, Lesotho, listening to jazz music, watching football and sipping new craft beers. Lebona Moleli Joya is a writer and part-time editor who just completed her Master’s Degree in Creative Writing at the University of Cape Town. She is also a longtime craft beer enthusiast. She started homebrewing a few years ago and remains on a quest to master her favourite style: the Saison.
