OT: When and why did you start homebrewing? GG: I started in 2013. I love beer and had always wanted to try brewing. Being a technical person, it was a way to combine my love of drinking beer with a very challenging hobby, as brewing can be very technical. OT: What’s the best beer you’ve ever made? GG: Every brewer always believes his beers are the best and all of them are great. I love my Belgian-style beers and have been trying to brew a great one. It appears that it is not that easy.
