GETSCHOOLED FEATURE South Africa lags behind when it comes to brewing education. Not one university in the country offers a dedicated brewing science programme and most of our brewers are self- taught. Similarly, education for beer servers is sadly lacking, especially when compared with the wine and spirits industries.
