Jandrí Barnard SUMMER 2020 Michelle is a chemical engineer by trade with a love for beer and brewing. Her home brewing résumé kicked off in 2013 when she hosted her own Oktoberfest. She is a prolific brewer who loves experimenting with flavour. Her next move is to reach more palates with her contract beer brand Pause Beer Co. Michelle Erasmus Kamini specialises in the development and commercialisation of beverage products including technical collaboration, sensory and consumer science. With 20 years in the global brewing industry Kamini’s passion for beer has led her to contribute to many industry-wide initiatives. Recently, she moved into another part of the beverage industry – tea, coffee and botanicals, focusing on cross-category product innovations.
