After ageing and just before bottling, the rum is diluted down to 43% ABV by using pure borehole water acquired from tributaries found underground on the farm. Everything comes from the farm and is produced on the farm, making this a true estate rum. The Sugar Baron rum is then ready to be bottled and labelled, ready for thirsty patrons to taste and buy. TASTING TIME The Sugar Baron White Rum boasts a bold and punchy flavour profile. The grassy freshly cut sugarcane hits your nose with fresh floral favours settling on your palate and delivering smooth, rounded warmth. Combine it with salty (salted bacon bits or salted caramel chocolate) or tropical flavours (dried mango or pineapple and coconut work wonderfully) to enhance and reveal the hidden rum flavours on your palate. Or it is perfect as a taste combination in cocktails or coconut rum cake. A cocktail booklet with inspirational cocktail recipes is included with every bottle of rum purchased.
