Nuts and bolts Batch size: 38 litres Target OG: 1.043 Target FG: 1.009 Target ABV: 4.5% Target IBUs: 35 Mash ingredients 4kg Belgian Pilsner malt 3kg American wheat malt 1kg Munich light Boil ingredients 30g East Kent Goldings (5% AA) @ 30 min 30g Mandarina Bavaria (9% AA) @ 30 min 25g East Kent Goldings (5% AA) @ 15 min 25g Mandarina Bavaria (9% AA) @ 15 min 45g East Kent Goldings (5% AA) @ 0 min 45g Mandarina Bavaria (9% AA) @ 0 min Brewer tips Single-step infusion at 65°C for 60 Minutes. Boil for 60 minutes. Ferment at 18°C with Belgian ale yeast
