CONTRIBUTORS Nick believes great beer will change the world. He is the founder and brewer at Soul Barrel Brewing outside of Franschhoek – a boutique brewery focused on hoppy ales and old world fermentations. He started homebrewing in college, after which he attended the Master Brewers Program at UC Davis, California.
